Who do I love working with?
Conscious founders + leaders! Y’all are ambitious, outcomes-centered, people-focused, hold high collaboration intelligence (or CQ), and are in it for the long haul doing big things to change the world! I want to be on your team!
**Conscious leaders are [mostly] aware of their barriers, the systems and networks they operate in, AND make active choices to address BOTH. This is critical for success. Impact leaders who invest in their own development, their organization’s capacity, or the long-term vision are the people I partner with.
When do I love jumping in? How Do I choose my clients?
Times of intense growth. These are opportunities to step back and then step into the challenges. Organizations in their toddler years (2) until their teens (15) are the most exciting to me as identity crises can happen on each birthday and present big opportunities. Though I have worked with legacy organizations around for 40+ years too. These times can require additional guidance and input-- which is where I come in.
